Have a Safety, Health and Environment Management System (HSE) integrated into the Businesses, which ensures compliance with legislation and with the objective of continuous improvement.
Establish improvement objectives and measure, evaluate and report on their performance.
Implement preventive and corrective measures to avoid risks at source.
Provide the technical, human and economic means to carry out this policy.
Encourage the participation and consult their employees in matters of Health and Safety at Work.
Include the respective performances in SSM, in the evaluation of their employees and reward accordingly.
Request that their contractors manage SSM in line with this policy.
They ask the investee companies in which they have control of operations to apply this policy and use their influence to promote it in their other business projects.
